Last year we made the trip to see Charles Jencks Garden of Cosmic Speculation near Dumfries in Scotland. This garden is created by Charles who is a landscape architect and he opens the garden at his home for 1 day every year. This year you can visit this Sunday (2.4.17). I would definitely recommend a visit as it is very impressive and unusual and good fun walking up the spirals!
